*) Important informations: the prices above are per apartment and night for two people, including local taxes. During winter season bookings are only possible for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. As general terms the Austrian hotel regulations apply. Therefore, if you have to cancel your reservation, we have to bill cancellation fees as follows: for cancellations up to 3 months before arrival - no fees, for cancellations between 3 months and 1 months before arrival - 40 %, 1 month till 1 week before arrival: 70 % and within the last 7 days before arrival 90 % of the confirmed apartment rate. On the day of arrival the rooms will be available at 2:00 p.m., on the day of departure we ask you to leave your rooms until 10:00 a.m.!
